Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the request is not valid.

For design and construction services, we require a deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel your order before the design phase has begun, we will refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel your order after the design phase has begun, we will retain a portion of your deposit to cover the time and resources we have already invested in your project.

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process
